Gather in the shared courtyard for drinks under the string lights at this chic, Scandinavian-style pad on the 2nd floor of a Victorian home.
This is a large open loft space with smaller lofts from the main loft space with 3 queen beds & 1 sofa bed. The space has cathedral ceilings, hardwood floors & a brick fireplace, a cool den and other separate loft spaces with sloped ceilings. We kept the furnishings chic, Scandinavian, clean and modern.There is a television, refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot for your convenience.
The courtyard has a dining table & six chairs for . Enjoy the twinkle of adorable string lights and the gas lanterns at night!

We had a great time at this spot for Jazz Fest. The Location is unbeatable with great restaurants and Frenchmen street right there. We had plenty of beds. I loved my stay. Would definitely rent from again!

I could not recommend this place more! It was perfect walking distance to anything you might need, 10 minutes to the French quarter and around the block from Frenchmen street. The open concept of the property was so fun and we comfortably fit 5 girls. Great neighborhood and felt super safe walking during the day and at night.

You have to stay here. A serene, beautiful retreat for a small group visiting. It's conveniently in the Marigny, just a hop over from the French Quarter, and it's near great food at Ruby Slipper and AYU bakery. Short walk to Starbucks and a drugstore, too. Perfect location if you love jazz and fun! It's so close to Frenchmen Street that you can walk and see all the music clubs like Spotted Cat. Don't forget to get an alligator sausage at Dat Dog, too. We had a blast. Very local NOLA experience. Not "touristy." The beds were comfortable, the loft beautiful and the space was easy to access. It also was very safe — and has free on-street parking.
